School Improvement Journey
Brighton’s school culture fosters mutual support between students, staff, parents, and our community. With this in mind, we would like you to join us as we strive for continuous school improvement. We were recently notified by the Arizona Department of Education that Brighton received a letter grade of “D” for the 2016-17 school year. We have this opportunity to complete a comprehensive improvement plan within 90 days of the notification.
We are excited to work together on our school improvement journey to meet every students’ needs.
All parents, students, community, and faculty are invited to meet with us on Tuesdays at 12:30 p.m. in the ESS room to work on this important task. There are time constraints so we must work hard to get this completed. Other meetings will be posted on the website at www.brightoncharterschool.com.
The improvement plan must be submitted by September 4th to the Department of Education and the Board followed by the Board’s September 10, 2018 public meeting.
