School Improvement Plan

School Improvement Journey

Brighton school is a ‘B’ rated school according to the Arizona Department of Education’s grading rubric.

We are excited to see the growth our students have made and applaud the work parents, students, and teachers put into making Brighton improve over the last few years.  We earned out B rating in 2018 and hope to earn an ‘A’ in the 2021-2022 school year.

Brighton’s school culture fosters mutual support between students, staff, parents, and our community.  With this in mind, we would like you to join us as we strive for continuous school improvement.

We were notified by the Arizona Department of Education that Brighton received a letter grade of “D” for the 2016-17 school year. We took the opportunity to complete a comprehensive improvement plan each year since and have made vast strides in meeting the needs of our students.

We are excited to work together on our continued school improvement journey to meet every students’ needs.

The school Integrated Action Plan is submitted yearly with the input of parents like you, teachers, administrators, and students alike.
